Using this website
Naavik AI in Shipping is an educational service associated with Naavik EdTech, New Delhi, India. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate account information, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Course booking and payment
The course is a 30-day online learning pathway. The current professional plan is ₹1,499. The ₹499 student/cadet price requires verified eligibility before booking. Checkout creates an account-linked Razorpay payment link. Payment is not proof of course enrollment by itself: access is activated only after the server verifies Razorpay’s signed payment event and checks its amount and plan. Production API credentials and a webhook must be configured before automatic confirmation is available. Never send a password, card number, CVV, or UPI PIN to Naavik.
Course access and progress
An active enrollment provides access to course materials. Lessons unlock in sequence as the learner submits required assignments. You are responsible for keeping your account details current and using a personal, trusted device. Do not share paid course materials or account access with others.
Completion certificate
Learners who complete all 30 course lessons and submit all required assignments may request a course completion certificate from the dashboard. Naavik reviews course completion before issuing a certificate. A certificate confirms completion of this Naavik course; it is not a government, statutory, regulatory, or accredited maritime qualification and does not certify operational competency.
Offline and installable experience
Supported browsers may offer an installable Progressive Web App. Learners can prepare currently unlocked course content on a device for offline study. Public browsing, sign-in, payments, new lesson access, certificate requests, and syncing queued work require an internet connection. Offline content is educational only and must not be relied on for operational maritime decisions.
Learning and responsible AI
Course material and the Samudra assistant provide general educational information. AI outputs may be wrong or incomplete. They do not replace the master's authority, company SMS and approved procedures, official charts and publications, COLREGs, manufacturer instructions, applicable requirements, qualified advice, or professional judgment. Do not upload confidential vessel, crew, cargo, security, or company information unless your organization has approved the specific service and use.
External services, availability and changes
Razorpay, Firebase, hosting providers, email delivery, and any configured AI service may provide parts of the experience under their own terms and privacy notices. We may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend parts of the website. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
